Better font rendering for Haiku?
Hi all,
i have found an interesting article about font rendering, which seems to be much better than ClearType IMO. I would like to ask if subpixel rendering would be implemented to haiku in near future, since most users use LCD monitors nowadays. This article provides good information
about better font rendering(especially for LCD monitors) without using patented methods. Don't know if it could be implemented without noticeable performance degrade, but the output is really awesome. I hope to see it in Haiku.

Besides that, what is the default DPI of Haiku? It doesn't seems to be 96 DPI.
Bye,
