GSoC CIFS implementation
Submitted by Daniel Weber on Mon, 2008-03-31 15:28. Tags: Suggestion Box
Hi,
i was reading the GSoC tickets and i've got an idea concerning the CIFS implementation ticket.
I think a point "Connect CIFS" in the Mount menu would be nice.
When you choose this point, a small window pops up where you can see a list with your previous connections/favorites and 3 buttons "connect / add favorite / edit favorite (where you can also delete the connection)" or a system preference where you can add connections (edit/delete favorites) and connect it from the mount menu as subpoints, like an HDD ?
Greetings,
Daniel Weber
