This project is dead?
The "Alternative OSes" have litigated?

I think it was a very good idea to join the forces in this front that is the more difficult part of an OS, can the beautiful OS of the world but if not supports the last technologies... in this way all this alternative OS will obtain a great number of driver developer and there are more possibilities to have new technologies supported.

This is a great idea, imagine an OEM could release a driver for all .nix platforms for their hardware. I fervently believe that this is a fantastic idea and we need to breathe new life into it.
