Hi,
providing package translations and screenshots and that stuff, but also
with quality management. Eventually, there could be staged repositories
(bleeding edge, testing, stable) and packages would transition between
these repositories based on some form of user feedback/stability rating.
I'm afraid that by creating a parallel effort to HaikuDepot Server, there

C. Use a corporate recruitment tool. Haiku is almost ready for Beta. That
means it's time to start thinking about professional support staff. That
is a slight departure from past practices.

Ticket #12069 (NFS mounts don't show on Desktop) created
I've been using NFS4 to mount directories from my Raspberry Pi, and it seems to work quite well (with the occasional hang on a copy -- maybe needs a ticket too). However, on my older pre-PM system (hrev45851) when I mount to a mountpoint directory in /boot/home, the mount appears on the Desktop (with a distinctive "shared" icon).
Having just installed hrev49167, the actual mount works as before, but nothing appears on the Desktop.

If you don't care about that, zip archives still work, but are
comparably messy and complicated for the end user.

+1, I've added this to several recipes and never noticed any problems once the
files are removed.
I think it was suggested that we could fix our libtool to not generate the
files at all, which would be even better?

It leaves incorrect -L args but they don't seem to be useful anyway.
