Please make a tax-deductible gift today.

The Haiku Project is supported by Haiku, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation classified by the IRS under section 501(c)(3). Donations made within the United States should be tax-deductible. For online donations, see below; check or money order is also accepted and can be mailed via the postal system. Please contact a tax professional for the details of deducting such a donation. Donations over $100 (USD) may receive a mailed receipt upon request.

With your support, we will be able to continue to provide quality dedicated hosting, promote Haiku at various conferences, and most importantly purchase additional time for Haiku development. Your donations will help to bring Haiku closer to R1: the first production quality release.

Online Donations

Haiku, Inc. accepts donations online through a variety of methods.

GitHub Sponsors

Our preferred online donation method is GitHub Sponsors, as any donations made through this method have no fees. You can both make a one-time donation or set up a recurring subscription with this method.

Creating a monthly recurring donation subscription is a great way to help out Haiku, as any amount certainly helps and it frees you from needing to stop by the donations page each month.

Liberapay

Liberapay allows you to donate money to Haiku, Inc. recurrently, and anonymously. It supports making donations via SEPA bank transfers.

Donate using Liberapay

Liberapay is governed by a non-profit organization registered in France.

PayPal

PayPal was our primary donation source for many years, and it supports one-time and subscription payment options; but it does have higher fees for us than GitHub Sponsors. If you would like to make a donation through PayPal, here are some quick links in our preferred currencies:

Amazon Smile

When you purchase through Amazon, a small percentage of your purchase can be donated to Haiku, Inc.

Goodsearch & Goodshop

Goodshop allows users to generate donations to Haiku, Inc. simply by shopping through their website. Each time a purchase is made Goodshop donates to Haiku, Inc. Goodsearch is a search engine run by Goodshop and powered by Yahoo, and allows users to generate donations to Haiku, Inc. by searching using their search engine. To start using these two programs users must have an account with Goodshop and must add Haiku as a cause.

Bing, similar to Goodsearch, also has a donations program simply by searching with them called Give with Bing. Users need a Microsoft account to be able to participate in this program and need to be signed up for Microsoft Rewards and Give with Bing. More information about the program is available here.
