... section the links like "Definitions" and "Modifier Keys" don't link to the right place.

Yes, unfortunately, the porting of the BeBook was something I was unable to finish... but mostly because I ran into other html problems. I'm going to have to write a script to take all of the html files, strip out the bad tags, and post the pages up in the right order or something. If anyone wants to do it by hand, that's how I was originally doing it, I'd be happy to take volunteers =).
