Community and wiki

Forum thread started by VV_Vasilenko on Thu, 2011-03-24 18:25

I propose

  • to create official wiki site (with support InterWiki).
  • The creating official wiki site will help to unite the community and organize information.
Developers can use Trac, but usual users don't have a wiki site.

  • to rewrite the article about haiku in Wikipedia for conferment Featured articles or Good articles and getting a stream of possible users.
  • Should duplicate documents for users and developers in wikibooks.org

Respectfully, Vladimir Vasilenko.

Re: Community and wiki

I think overhauling the wiki pages about Haiku on Wikipedia is a good idea.

Much of the software on the Haiku Software Template is missing[1] and pretty much all the components on the Haiku Components Template is missing [2].

Re: Community and wiki

What is license of Haiku User Guide? Is it MIT License or something another?

Re: Community and wiki

Template[1] was translated into Russian language[2].
