Donation - Paypal - frustration

According to the list on the do(w)nation website, if I were in the US Armed Forces in Europe.. I could donate. Unfortunaley, I am just in Europe. I wish I could just make a paypal payment to donate to the project.

Why not setup a simple paypal account where we can make donations? You could create an account just for that. I guess this is not tax deductible but for all the people around the world who want to donate small amounts (50$ or something like that) this isn't really important.
