Funny Thing with CVS Checkout.

Hi.

I've done a checkout on the CVS source for Haiku by following the guide at http://haiku-os.org/learn.php?mode=nsl_view&id=52 .

But on that image (screenshot) says that the size is ~550 Mb for 15695 files.

I got 140 MB (147.250.905 bytes) on 19.331 files and 2.143 folders.

Did I get the full thing? (I used both CVS commands).

Is it because I used WinXP to download the CVS (NTFS, cluster size?)?

It gave me no errors and was preety fast on a 1mbit dsl connection.

What happened? Didn't I get it all or are the haiku kit teams doing a wonderfull job shrinking the code? :D

Thanks for everything.
Marcos Alves.

Yes, you probably got everything

No, because BFS clusters are smaller than NTFS ones, anyway...

The 600MB is when you've *built* it all as well - the source gets the objects and the binaries added to it.
