Haikuware not working :(

Hello I am trying to download qupzilla from Haikuware- http://haikuware.com/directory/view-details/internet-network/web-browser...

But it look like Haikuware is down :( Do anybody know why it is down? Can somebody give me latest qupzilla for haiku by something like dropbox?

It seems that now I have to go through a proxy server to get to www.haikuware.com from home. I can connect from work without the issue.
