hey guys i need to know before i try can i run windows native .exe programs off of haiku
No you can't but you can multi boot windows and Haiku :)

No, you can't run Windows .exe files on Haiku. :-)
If you want to run Windows .exe's, try the open-source ReactOS project. Although it's still very much alpha software.
Otherwise, use WINE in Linux/BSD/Mac OS X, or just good ol' fashioned Windows
