When I signed up for the forums I tried to use my yahoo account and it said my account had been banned from this website and I was kind of curious as to why it said that. It accepted my aol account (as you can see), but I wonder if anyone else has had this problem?

Just for spam control, email addresses *@yahoo.com and *@hotmail.com are not allowed for registration on the forums.

In that case, I think you should also disable the Guest accounts (that would be awesome).

I always use my hotmail account for forum registrations - its the only account i rely on since I change ISPs every once in a while to save money - I'm dialup :(

I think that policy should be rethought, esp. considering that guest posting is apparently allowed.

Yea, I fixed the guest posting thing... Apparently forum permissions are not upheld while upgrading the forums.
