Installing Haiku on top of BeOS

As an experiment, I installed Haiku on top of Be (xbeox vr 2.1) and it worked- as long as you remove Tracker and Deskbar settings/prefs before installing Haiku, otherwise Deskbar/Tracker crash.
I thought of doing this after installing liblayout to get ColdCut to run (and it did!)

any thoughts?

I'm guessing he did a "jam install-haiku" with the target directory being his root ?

is that even possible?
