NET SEND on Haiku?

Hi,

I need to send popup message through my lan. In windows i use the "NET SEND" command, there is an equivalent for Haiku? in particular i have to send popup messagges from Haiku to Windows 7.

Don't think that.

looking on this and we don't have samba (that I know of.)
