No Mouse on boot, Can't figure it out, I tried a standard PS/2 Mouse, and a USB mouse, Any Suggestions? I'm hoping to Replace my Slack Partition with this. if I can Make the mouse work.
Check your motherboard BIOS settings. Disable PNP OS. Enable USB low speed support. Go through BIOS and see if anything else that relates to or will affect PS/2 port and USB.
I can only think of BIOS issue causing mouse to not work for you.
