Hi all Haiku fans. I want replace my onboard RadeonHD4200 with ASUS NVIDIA 9500GT gfx card for Haiku and Linux. How is this NVIDIA card suported in Haiku?
It's only supported by the standard VESA driver, which means no hardweare 2d/3d acceleration. The nVidia driver only supports cards up to nVidia GeForce 7xxx series.
I think you'll have more luck with the onboard, instead on spending money on a card that will only be a step backwards.
