Sound

Hello!
I'm a linux based system user.
Want to try Haiku on my notebook. Everything works good. Just a one problem, I have no sound in Haiku.
My sound card - HDA IDT 92HD87B1
Need a help.

Open preferences then open Media preferences.
If you see a Entry for audio haiku hase a driver for your hardware.

Else open a terminal
and type listdev and post the resutl here (maybe also over pastebin)

I am not shure if your harware ist supported a the moment.

On my laptop I only get sound on the phone jack, not the internal speaker. Maybe it is the same for you? Have you tried that?
