I just ran "pkgman update" and rebooted. Now Webpostive crashes at startup every time. Suggestion?? HELP!! MAYDAY!!!!!
A bug report has already been made.....that's the danger of nightly builds....you can grab another browser from HaikuDepot to get you going until Pulkomandy has a chance to submit a patch.
You could also go on Haiku's IRC chatroom to see if someone can help you there.
As a workaround, you can launch it this way, in Terminal:
> WebPositive - &
This will launch it and give an error message...just click OK and you should be able to browse freely (barring any other bugs).....
And WebPostive will crash on the first automatic redirect, so this is not workaround...
Yeah...I noticed that too....
Until they get it fixed, QupZilla is in the 'HaikuDepot' and seems to work fairly well....
Fixed in the latest nightly.
