discovering Haiku thruth a news in a computer newspaper , i have a question.
Is Haiku able to execute Win64 or Win32 applications ?? or only Haiku software developped for it are able to be executed

Only software developped for Haiku or software that has been ported to Haiku will work.
You should look into Reactos, which uses windows software and drivers.
Wine software on Linux can trick Windows software to think it is running on Windows. Some people have stated interest in porting Wine to Haiku.
