Haiku meeting

Forum thread started by atomozero on Thu, 2007-04-19 20:49

I'm cutting and pasting this from an email i sent to the mailing list...i'm just trying to reach everybody, so:

The ItBug is trying to organize to go to Chaos Communication Camp 2007 (http://events.ccc.de/camp/2007/Home), and for sure some other user will go...why don't we try to put up an Haiku village (as for sure there will be a Gentoo village, a Debian village etc
[http://events.ccc.de/camp/2007/Category:Villages]) inside the camp, and seize the opportunity for a new begeistert? or if not a real begeistert at least a "mini haiku meeting

keep in touch

Gaming

Forum thread started by Shortyland05 on Thu, 2007-04-19 09:52

just a general question... but how is Haiku for Gaming? as in all the latest titles like HL2, Fear, Company of Heroes, Supreme Commander, C&C3, etc?

also for old school as well like Commander Keen, Day of the Tentacle, Worms, Cannon Fodder, Sim City 2000, Duke Nukem, etc?

if there is support for those games, i'll try out Haiku once its released...

Hi,

This is my first post here, so hello everyone!

I've been a supporter of BeOS for some time, and infact had R4 installed for about a couple of years. I've followed the Haiku/OpenBeOS throughout with great interest.

Could someone help me with this Jam problem?

Forum thread started by MikeRT on Sun, 2007-04-08 21:43

I have the right development tools installed, but I always get the following build error when I try to build on BeOS Max Edition 4.0 b1. Does anyone have an explanation for what is going on here?
