Or is 48hrs or more a normal timeframe to receive a new account verification email? I registered a new account at the weekend and I'm still waiting to receive email!!

Strange thing is, I get a 'Pending Account' -> [Resend Confirmation email] during on the login process, and if I click to resend I get an error stating: "This account is not pending verification."

Howto debug (Inputserver) add-ons?

With normal applications i always use printf() statements for debugging. Now I am playing a bit with inputserver addons and I am wondering how this code can be debugged. Using printf() doesn't work here since the addon is loaded by the inputserver and there is no output to the concole.

Hi, i'm going to write a driver for my d-link dfe-690txd pcmcia ethernet card (it is based on a realtek 8139 chip).
I've written a simple program in C that scan the pci list and return a list of vendor id and device id and (if found) the irq of the d-link card.

Building Haiku on Zeta

Can you build a bootable Haiku image on Zeta? I have tried to build Haiku using the Linux build instructions and that failed to build GCC. Additionally, everytime I have tried to pull my files I checked out on Linux or Windows over, I get an error in the configure script saying that there is an invalid token at a line where there shouldn't be in the shell script (I checked in Vi, it looks clean).

Anyone do this before?

So I have the latest jam, I have the npipefs add-on installed, and I have the pipe filesystem mounted. Yet I keep running into the following error:
