Add p7zip to included bin apps...

Forum thread started by j_freeman on Wed, 2006-04-12 01:24

7-Zip is gaining popularity because it generally gets better compression than both gzip and bzip2. I suggest we include the POSIX port of it (p7zip) with Haiku in the /bin folder.

I love my paper route. It gives me 2 hours to do nothing but think. Like this one time last year, I came upon the idea of a plugin-based portable music player, which although ingenius, nobody has ever made. I think if somebody were to make it, it would kill among the geek crowd, because they could finally play superior formats such as OGG.

An exclusive mode for apps
