Here's what i would like to see

vertical global menu(nextstep) with icons (MS Office)

Pie context menus with labels

a tab bar to deal with icon clutter. if the bar is to go on the top of the screen, the tabs should be under the icons so that you can click on the icons faster by throwing the mouse to the top

One thing about the mac idea of 1 menu at the top was that it was really a pain in the next when I was using my sister's ibook and had to move all the way for a menu with the touchpad when the app was all the way down.

Games are not at the top of the list when designing an OS, but how far has Haiku's support of OpenGL gotten? is it fully supported or are there still bugs to work out? I do some semi professional 3D modeling so if there any work on anything 3D related for RC1 i would be glad to contribute.

First thing, I am looking for criticism, and positive feedback I would like the replies to have a pros and cons section... I don't want to hear "This sucks!" or "this rocks!" unless it really does... and why you feel that way.
