Tremulous (oss game)

Forum thread started by richienyhus on Wed, 2006-05-17 16:31

Is anyone porting the game Tremulous to haiku/beos/zeta ?
Tremulous once was a mod for quake3 but now uses the ioquake3 engine that has a few new features added on top of the Offical quake3 engine. Now that the Offical quake3 engine can run on haiku it shouldn't be hard at all to to get ioquake3 to run so we can run Tremulous some day soon(well if someone writes some 3D drivers for ATI cards for me that is  ).

So what is your other OS?

I'm sure that most of the people here are using a non-BeOS/BeOS based OS, at least some of the time, so my question is what are you using?

I'll start:
Microsoft Windows 2000 sp4, with BlackboxLean* replacing the default Windows WM.

Well... its really cool!

Because I haven't got much time, here's a roughly cleaned up translation of Google's translation engine:

Developer of BeOS successor Zeta in distress

Hello,

I want give a donation. But I didn't have a credit card, so I think a European bank account would be a good idea (also for other people in the EU).

Microsoft has two product codenames for portable "do everything" devices (which i hope Haiku becomes a standard for):

Haiku
Origami

sigh... apparently we're a threat already...
