New parts coming in tomorrow...

So the current source for my SoB crunching is my Athlon 64 3200, a mighty fine machine that's lasted me well for a couple years now. But I finally couldn't take it anymore and yesterday I ordered some more parts, one of which is a Athlon 64 X2 4200 (AM2 Windsor), to build a new machine. (Can't wait!)

EON

Forum thread started by dux on Fri, 2006-11-10 09:51

Hello !

Since EON project seems more interesting to be than SoB, i started participating in it. Team Haiku has also been formed, but for some time already there are no active members in it.
I think TeamHaiku has a great potential to reach high places, since there is not much competition within EON.

Thanks for the support - looks like you have quite a few machines going already!

Will we get 14th tonight?

Forum thread started by umccullough on Fri, 2006-11-03 21:11

It looks like we're nearly even with Team Norway right now - that means there's an extremely high likelihood that we could have 14th place tonight!

It's been quite a while since we took 15th place - as we get closer to the top, it will get increasingly more difficult to climb ranks.

Run SoB as Linux service?

Forum thread started by j_freeman on Sun, 2006-09-10 21:27

So I got a shiny new VDS about a week or two ago with quite a bit of unused CPU power. Anyone know how to run SoB as a service on Linux/CentOS?
