We've gained another new SoB member for TeamHaiku: Asky!

Thanks for the support, every bit counts!

Minbari showin' some might!

Forum thread started by umccullough on Tue, 2006-05-09 00:24

It looks like Minbari has put a fair number of machines back on the TeamHaiku SoB project! We should catch up to TeamBeOS even faster now!

Also, he let me know in a message that he has created some more Team Haiku teams on some of the newer BOINC projects. I will be tracking these down and posting the details in the sticky thread this evening if I remember.

Maybe I can help

Hello

I'm a uni student @ Skövde in Sweden, and I was thinking maybe I could sneak in the client there, there's atleast 70 computers (P4's) that just sits and do nothing all night (except in the rare case when someone is rendering on the farm).

SoB Pos 19 -> 20 -> 19 shuffle?

Forum thread started by umccullough on Wed, 2006-05-03 20:22

I'm thinkin' it'll only be maybe another couple days before we lose position 19 to a team that is crunching at ~2x our rate...

But fortunately it won't be too long before we grab another position and get back to 19 again I think :)

Hi,

Just wanted to add a simple request to the website. Not even sure who hosts it at the moment, but great that you do whoever you are ;P.

On the right side menu we got some projects
* Seventeen or Bust
* (D²OL)™
* Folding@home
* OGR-25
* RC5-72
* The EON Project
* Grid.org
* ClimatePrediction.net

Would it be possible to add a small brief about them on our local page (maybe a summary page) describing what each one is about so a choice is easier for one to make about what to contribute to?

Edit: And while at it. Maybe remove the odd border on the left side of the "T" in TeamHaiku? Looks pretty weird.

MYOB is a another long time member of the BeOS/Haiku community!
